"Hi, I'm CDR(Ret.) Dr. Veneda Polite. As a young person growing up in New York City, I experienced homelessness, confusion, and seasons where I had no clear direction for my life. I wasted time. I made expensive mistakes. I lost confidence. And more than once, I wondered if I would ever become the person I dreamed of being.
What changed everything were leaders and mentors who stood beside me — people who gave me clarity, structure, and laser‑focused guidance when I needed it most. Their belief and direction became rocket fuel that propelled me toward my destiny.
Today, I am a veteran with more than 20 years of experience across Ministry, Medical, and Military leadership. I have seen what happens when students are guided well — and what happens when they are not.

Go from confused about what career to choose, to excited about your future. Then join those who already have at least 1-3 careers they are ready to explore. Join "The Online Career Academy." Using our 10P Method, The Systematic Approach to Career Exploration, you will pick one of our four Career Tracks (Innovators, Initiators, Improvers & Influencers) to earn you "Career Exploration Readiness Certificate!" After you receive your certificate you will be ready to actively participate in in the CHALLENGE LYFE community and continue to learn invaluable information about how choosing the right career can help you live the life you deserve.
